However, if you are unsatisfied with the bike or any of its parts, please let us know and we will be happy to exchange any part or the whole bike. The complete returns policy applies for 30 days. Please ensure that the bike and its packaging are returned as new condition. We suggest that the returned bike is insured and please note that the postal costs for returning the bike or parts are unrefundable.
